2. Medical Disclaimer
The services, consultations, and treatments provided by Manokamna Ayurvedic Clinic are based on the principles of Ayurveda. Please note:
- Not for Medical Emergencies: Ayurvedic treatments are primarily for chronic conditions, lifestyle management, and holistic wellness. They are not intended as a substitute for emergency medical care. In case of a medical emergency, please visit your nearest hospital immediately.
- No Guarantee of Cure: While Ayurveda is highly effective, human bodies respond differently to treatments. We do not guarantee a 100% cure for any specific disease or condition.
- Full Disclosure Required: Patients must disclose all pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, and ongoing allopathic medications to the consulting doctor to avoid adverse reactions.
3. Appointments and Bookings
When booking an appointment:
- Appointments are subject to doctor availability and may be rescheduled by the clinic under unavoidable circumstances.
- Patients are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time or cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of clinical services and the time reserved for your consultation:
- Consultation Fees: Once paid, consultation fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Medicines & Products: Medicines dispensed from the clinic pharmacy cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to hygiene and safety standards.
- Therapies/Panchakarma: Packages booked for Panchakarma are non-transferable and non-refundable. If a session is missed without prior 24-hour notice, it will be considered completed.
5. Patient Conduct
The clinic reserves the right to refuse service or treatment to any individual demonstrating inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards the doctors, staff, or other patients.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
